Yoga is an inspiring path that can bring about deep healing, transformation, and awareness. When practiced in a supportive compassionate environment, Yoga can help connect you to your own innate wisdom, and produce a deep sense inner peace. And it is from this place of peace and awareness that allows you to intuitively contribute to creating a more peaceful world. Yoga begins and ends with love. The OKD-ITK is pleased to now host Yoga sessions for friends and family of its members 18 years or older. Session costs are $10 for Regular Yoga and $20 for Restorative Yoga. Current session times are


Gentle Yoga:

Tuesdays - 6:00pm-7:15pm

Saturdays - 9:30am-10:45am


Restorative Yoga Classes (approx. 2 hours)
