YOGA

Yoga is an inspiring path that can bring about deep healing, transformation, and self-awareness. When shared in a supportive compassionate environment, Yoga can help connect you to your own innate wisdom and produce a deep sense inner peace. And it is from this place of peace and awareness that allows you to intuitively contribute to creating a more peaceful world. Yoga begins and ends with love. Allow it to help you find profound states of love and peace in yourself, and in your relationships with others – one moment at a time...one breath at a time.

The OKD-ITK is pleased to now host Yoga Practices for friends and family of its members 18 years or older. Session costs are $15 for Regular Yoga and $25 for Restorative or Yin Yoga.

 

Current Practice times are:

 

Shared Yoga Practice:                   
Wednesdays – 10:00 – 11:15am                 
Saturdays – 10:00 – 11:15am


Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga Practice
(approx. 1 ½ - 2 hours)   By Announcement


Private Therapeutic Yoga
